Legal notice and terms

Purpose. SynWeb is a SaaS service hosted in Switzerland and provided by ZRS-Holding Sàrl, intended for businesses and professionals.

Access and account. Use of the service requires an account. The account holder is responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for any activity performed from their account.

Acceptable use. Users undertake not to make any unlawful use of the service, not to circumvent security measures and not to reverse-engineer the service.

Intellectual property. All code, trademarks, logos and documentation are the exclusive property of ZRS-Holding Sàrl. No assignment or licence is granted beyond strict use of the service.

Availability. ZRS-Holding commits to a 99.5% availability target. Planned maintenance is notified at least 48 hours in advance by email.

Liability. ZRS-Holding's liability is capped at the total amount invoiced to the customer over the last twelve months. No liability is assumed for indirect damages.

Changes. Any material change to these Terms is notified by email with 30 days' notice.

Termination. Either party may terminate the agreement under the conditions set out in the Terms of Sale applicable to the subscribed plan.

Governing law. The agreement is governed by Swiss law. The exclusive jurisdiction is Le Chenit (Canton of Vaud, Switzerland).

Prices. Prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF) excluding tax. They are billed monthly or annually depending on the subscribed plan.

VAT. ZRS-Holding Sàrl is not subject to Swiss VAT (art. 10 LTVA). Prices shown are therefore final and inclusive of all applicable taxes.

Payment. Invoices are payable within 30 days of receipt. Failing this, late-payment interest of 5% per annum may apply.

Monthly termination. Monthly plans may be terminated with 30 days' notice before the next billing cycle.

Annual termination. Annual plans end on the last day of the subscribed period, subject to 60 days' notice. No pro-rata refund is due.

Customer data. The customer retains exclusive ownership of their data. Data can be exported at any time via the dedicated functions.

Subprocessors. Hosting is provided by Infomaniak Network SA (Switzerland). An up-to-date subprocessor list is available on request.

Publisher. ZRS-Holding Sàrl, a Swiss limited-liability company, registered office in Le Chenit (Canton of Vaud).

Controller. ZRS-Holding Sàrl, Le Chenit, Vaud (Switzerland).

Data collected. Name, business email address, service usage data, technical logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp), billing history.

Purpose. Delivery of the subscribed service, billing, customer support, product improvement (aggregated analytics), legal obligations.

Legal basis. Performance of the contract with the customer (art. 31 nFADP) and legitimate interests for security and service improvement.

Retention. Duration of the contract plus 10 years for accounting records (legal obligation art. 958f CO).

Rights. Under art. 25 et seq. nFADP, you have rights of access, rectification, objection, erasure and portability. Exercise: contact@zrs-holding.com.

Hosting and transfer. All data is hosted in Switzerland at Infomaniak. No transfer outside Switzerland without explicit consent.

Cookies. The site uses only strictly technical cookies (session, language preference). No third-party advertising trackers without consent.

Analytics. If Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is enabled, loading is subject to acceptance of the cookie banner. Opt-out is possible at any time.
